Welcome to Yetupost. By accessing or using our platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the Yetupost platform, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of the services after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications made.
2. Description of the Service
Yetupost is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for the management, scheduling, and automated publishing of social media content, assisted by artificial intelligence. The service allows the user to:
Create, edit, and schedule posts on multiple third-party platforms.
Manage various social accounts and channels from a single dashboard.
Use the AI assistant Mana Madó to generate and optimize content.
Analyze post performance through reports and metrics. Currently supported third-party platforms include: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Telegram.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Minimum Age: The user must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to use Yetupost. By registering, you expressly declare that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Accuracy of Information: The user undertakes to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
3.3 Account Security: The user is solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
All activities performed on their account, with or without their knowledge.
Immediately notifying Yetupost of any unauthorized access via geral@yetupost.ao. Yetupost shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorized use of user credentials.
4. Social Media Access Authorization (OAuth)
Yetupost uses the OAuth 2.0 authorization protocol to access user social media accounts. By connecting an account, the user:
Expressly authorizes Yetupost to publish, schedule, and manage content on their behalf on connected platforms.
Acknowledges that they can revoke this authorization at any time, both in the Yetupost settings and directly in the privacy settings of each platform.
Understands that revoking access may interrupt service functionalities. Yetupost only accesses permissions strictly necessary for the operation of the service and does not store user social media passwords.
5. Responsibility for Content
5.1 Intellectual Property: The user retains all intellectual property rights over the content they create and publish through Yetupost. By using the service, the user grants Yetupost a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process and transmit the content to the destination platforms, exclusively for the purpose of providing the service.
5.2 Legal Compliance: The user guarantees that:
They possess all rights, licenses, and authorizations necessary to publish the content.
The content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, image rights, or the privacy of third parties.
The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Angola and the jurisdictions where it is published.
5.3 Prohibited Content: It is strictly prohibited to use Yetupost to create, schedule, or publish content containing:
Hate speech, incitement to violence, racial, ethnic, religious, or gender discrimination.
Sexually explicit content, pornography, or material that exploits minors.
Harassment, intimidation, or threats directed at individuals or groups.
Disinformation, fake news, or misleading content.
Spam, fraudulent schemes, phishing, or malware.
Content that violates the specific policies of each destination platform.
Material that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Any content illegal under applicable Angolan or international law. Yetupost reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules and to report illegal activities to the competent authorities.
6. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Terms
Yetupost’s service depends on integration with third-party platform APIs. The user undertakes to comply with the terms of service, usage policies, and community guidelines of each platform, including but not limited to:
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): Meta Terms of Service and Platform Policies.
Google (YouTube): YouTube Terms of Service and Google Data Policy.
LinkedIn: LinkedIn User Agreement.
TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service.
X (Twitter): X Terms of Service.
Telegram: Telegram Terms of Service. Yetupost is not responsible for suspensions, bans, or restrictions applied by third-party platforms as a result of user behavior or content. If a third-party platform discontinues, restricts, or changes access to its API, Yetupost may interrupt or modify the corresponding functionality without prior notice and without any obligation for compensation.
7. Use of YouTube and Google API Data
In compliance with Google's specific requirements, Yetupost expressly declares that:
YouTube API access is used exclusively to publish and schedule videos on behalf of the user.
Data obtained through the Google API is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising purposes, nor used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, or insurance.
The user can revoke Yetupost's access to their Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Yetupost complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
8. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions
8.1 Available Plans: Yetupost offers a 14-day free trial period and paid plans with advanced features as described on the Pricing page.
8.2 Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance at the beginning of each period (monthly or annual). Prices are displayed in Kwanzas (KZ) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
8.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless previously cancelled by the user.
8.4 Cancellation: The user can cancel their subscription at any time via the account settings panel. Access to the paid plan remains active until the end of the already paid period, without a proportional refund, unless otherwise provided by law.
8.5 Price Changes: Yetupost reserves the right to change plan prices, notifying users at least 30 days in advance via email.
9. Yetupost Intellectual Property
All elements of the Yetupost platform, including but not limited to software, design, logo, brand, texts, graphics, and the Mana Madó AI assistant, are the exclusive property of Yetupost — Helcai António, Comércio e Serviços, Lda — and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It is expressly forbidden to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the platform without prior written authorization.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of the user's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms. Yetupost undertakes to process personal data in accordance with applicable Angolan legislation and the principles of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), particularly regarding data minimization, limited purpose, and security in processing.
11. Limitation of Liability
Yetupost is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Yetupost does not guarantee that:
The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained through the service will be accurate or reliable.
Any errors in the service will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yetupost shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Failures or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Acts or omissions of third parties, including social networks. Yetupost's total liability to the user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Suspension and Termination
Yetupost reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the user's account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:
Violation of these Terms of Service.
Violation of the policies of integrated third-party platforms.
Use of the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Activity that compromises the security, stability, or reputation of the service.
Failure to pay outstanding amounts. In the event of termination by the user, account data will be deleted as described in our Data Deletion Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
Yetupost reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the user via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Jurisdiction and Venue
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Angola. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Luanda, without prejudice to the user's right to resort to competent consumer protection entities.
