Why do we collect data?
YetuPost collects only the data strictly necessary for the platform's operation — such as your name, email address, and access tokens for the social networks linked to your account. We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
What happens when you request deletion?
By submitting a data deletion request, YetuPost commits to:
Permanently deleting your account and all associated data.
Revoking all access tokens for linked platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Removing all history of scheduled posts and reports.
Deleting any billing data, while respecting applicable legal timeframes.
Confirming the deletion via email within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the request.
How to request the deletion of your data?
You have two options:
Option 1 — Within the platform
Access your account at: yetupost.com/login
Go to Settings → Account
Click on "Delete my account"
Confirm the action — your data will be deleted automatically.
Option 2 — By email Send an email to geral@yetupost.ao with the subject: Account Deletion Request. Include in the body of the email:
Full name
Email address associated with the account
Social platforms you had linked (optional)
Response Time
YetuPost will respond to your request within a maximum of 5 business days and will complete the full deletion of data within 30 days, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Angolan legislation.
Data that may be retained
In some cases, we are required by law to retain certain data for a specific period, namely:
Billing records and financial transactions (up to 5 years, due to tax obligations).
Security records and access logs (up to 6 months). This data is kept securely and is not used for any other purpose.
